Governance Structure
Board of Trustees: Strategic oversight, policy approval, and fund governance.
Board Committees: Specialized groups overseeing Finance & Investment, Fundraising, Social and Welfare, Remuneration, and Research & Training.
Management Team: Oversees operations, programme execution, and admin functions.
