IJN Foundation is a Company Limited by Guarantee (CLBG) registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia, Registration No. 199501033349 (362551-V) under the Companies Act 2016.
An annual audit is conducted in accordance with approved auditing standards in Malaysia by an independent public accounting firm, PricewaterhouseCoopers PLT (LLP0014401-LCA & AF 1146). The financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024 were audited and found to give a true and fair view of the Foundation's financial position, performance, and cash flows, in compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards, International Financial Reporting Standards, and the Companies Act 2016.
IJN Foundation has been granted tax-exempt status under Subsection 44(6) of the Income Tax Act 1967 from 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2025. This status is currently under renewal. All eligible contributions during this period qualify for tax exemption.
We consistently hold Board and Board Committee meetings, alongside regular management and operational reviews, to ensure resources are optimised and all funds are used for their intended purposes, in line with our policies.
